Instagram & TikTok Video Editing

I'm looking for an experienced video editor to help me enhance my Instagram and TikTok content. I have the raw footage, but I need someone who can:

- Edit the videos by trimming and captioning and making it more
- Apply a consistent font and color for the captions
-Add captions
