Workflow
Each day I will send:
- 5–10 short video clips (shot throughout the day)
- A short voice note explaining the story of the day
Your job will be to:
- Select the best clips
- Arrange them into a compelling 15–30 second reel
- Sync visuals with the voiceover
Add captions/subtitles
1) Add light transitions and pacing
2) Add background music if needed
Content Style
The reels will be about:
- Building a startup
- Life of a CTO
- Behind-the-scenes founder moments
- Product building and decision making
Reference style:
- Founder journey / build-in-public content
- Fast-paced, modern Instagram reel editing
Requirements
- Experience editing Instagram Reels / TikTok / Shorts
- Ability to deliver within 24 hours
- Good sense of pacing and storytelling
- Ability to add clean captions and subtitles
- Basic motion text and simple transitions
Deliverables
- 1 reel per day
- Length: 15–30 seconds
- Ready for Instagram posting
Volume
- ~30 reels per month
- This will be a long-term engagement if the work is good.
