Project Brief: Kashmir Travel Video Edit
Overview
Looking for an editor to turn raw travel footage from a Kashmir trip into a single cohesive travel video. Footage was shot on two devices and includes a mix of standard and 360° clips.
Footage Details
Cameras used: Samsung Galaxy S25 FE (standard 4K phone footage) + Insta360 X3 (360° footage, needs reframing/keyframing before editing)

File formats: S25 FE — MP4; Insta360 X3 — .insv (raw 360 format, will provide already-reframed clips OR raw files, specify which)
Trip content: gulmarg, gondola ride, sonamarg
Number of people in footage: 2 (traveled with a companion)
Deliverable
Final length: [fill in — e.g. "3–5 min highlight reel" or "8–10 min full narrative]
Aspect ratio: [fill in — 16:9 for YouTube, 9:16 for Reels/Shorts, or both]
Style/tone: Cinematic.
Must-Have Skills
Prior experience editing Insta360 (X3/X4) footage specifically — not just GoPro/DJI 360
Comfortable mixing 360°-reframed clips with standard phone footage in the same timeline
Color grading / consistency across both camera sources.
