Indonesian video editor to add infographics into news digest video

Looking for an Indonesian-speaking video editor to add infographics
and still pictures onto the news digest ~ 8 min long.
I've already edited the video, it just needs the last touch.
You could use your creativity, just keep it simple and readable.
I'll provide the script, the editor should make at least one graphic animation for each topic.
When there is a certain person mentioned, his photo should pop as well.
The idea is just to make it more entertaining.
The assets won't be provided, please google for a good quality picture yourself.

I'll provide the Premiere Pro project, the editor should have After Effects installed as well as I've added noise reduction in there.
Please export the file with H.264 codec, Vimeo 4K UHD Preset,
and check the Use Maximum Render Quality box.
