Humorous 3D AFL Mascot Video

I’m building a short, YouTube-style show for my AFL page and need a skilled animator to bring a lively 3D mascot to life. I’ll supply the voice-over track in my own voice along with game highlights, still photos and any extra stats you might need. Your job is to:

• Model or adapt a fun-looking 3D character that fits an Aussie Rules vibe
• Sync its lip-movements and body language perfectly to my audio so it feels like the mascot is doing the match analysis himself
• Cut in the highlight clips, photos and on-screen graphics at the right moments to keep the pacing snappy and the tone humorous and energetic
• Deliver a finished video ready for upload to YouTube, plus the editable project files (Blender, Cinema 4D, After Effects—whatever you prefer)

A run-time of roughly 5–7 minutes per episode is ideal, and the first episode is the immediate priority. Show me examples of past work that prove you can handle character animation, lip-sync and fast sports edits—no need for a lengthy proposal, your reel will speak for itself. If all goes well, this can turn into a regular gig each round of the AFL season.
