Horror-Themed Promotional Video Editing Expert to Win a Competition

I'm seeking a talented Capcut or similar video editing professional which be intended for an upcoming competition to win it.

I require someone who can scan there website and Instagram in order to use cuts from their own website in order to create video to win the competition. This is for my 14 year old daughter and not really work related but if get a good price will proceed with the project.
