I'm looking to hire 13 Sales Representatives for my company "Forever Living Products". Candidates will undergo a 3-day live online training. If they pass the training and complete a provided task, they will be hired.
Job Details:
- Candidates are expected to dedicate 2-3 hours a day.
- Salary ranges from 40,000 to 70,000 INR based on working hours.
- With 4-5 hours of work a day, monthly salary can exceed 1 lakh.
Key Requirements:
- Only Indian nationals aged 18 and above.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Candidates should have a strong interest in our company.
- Capability to complete provided tasks on time (tasks will be easy).
Evaluation Criteria During Training:
- Performance on assigned tasks.
- Participation and engagement.
- Feedback from trainers.
