Hiring FACEBOOK ADS VIDEO EDITOR

Hello, we have many online stores and we advertise using Facebook ads. We test a lot of products, so we need you to make our videos so we can test a few products per week.
So what we are looking for is someone who:
-Knows how to make a video that converts. The goal here is make the people click the link to visit our website and buy. As you may know, the hook or the first 3-5 seconds are crucial for engage people. -Has video editing skills, not needed too many effects, only the basics to craft a video ad that looks clean and professional.
-Has the ability to find useful clips for our products. We mainly sell from a wholesaler and sometimes do not have all the media content that we'd like, so it is important that you can find your own clips and adapt them to make it look it is our product's content.
About the terms, we would like to fix a quantity for each video, instead of paying per hour. We can negotiate if we like the result.
We also prefer people who work with Adobe Premiere Pro, so you can share with us the project file and we can modify it in the future if needed (such as change the language or whatever).
Also, we advertise in Portugal, so videos will be in portuguese. This should not be a problem, we will give you the free translator we use.
