Highlight Event Video Editing

Raw footage has been collected and is ready to send to an editor. Need a 4-5 minute highlight video of a graduation event. A nice mix of B-roll visuals and a base layer of A-roll from the student speeches to create a bit of a basic story. Also need this to be edited in Premier Pro and have access to the project file to make final touches and export.
