High-End Real Estate Apartment Video Edit

I'm seeking a professional video editor to enhance a high-end real estate walk-through video of an apartment.

It is 2 bedroom apartment in Dubai with a sea view. ( I have also more than 25 apartment to edit if I am satisfied with the result)

What I need:
- Natural ambient sounds where appropriate
- Professional, composed editing that allow viewers to experience the space naturally
- Slower, deliberate pacing when showing rooms to allow proper viewing and Faster transitions between corridors/connecting spaces. (NO rapid zooming in and out)
- Adequate time to scan each room completely
- Careful attention to views and key features ( for example the Sea and window view!)
- Slower, more methodical approach suitable for all audience ages
- Smooth, professional camera movement and High-quality stabilization


All videos are inside a google drive folder, and you should be able to deliver me fast and in a good high end result with the requirements, I am not searching for an amateur or someone who just wants to try, I need the work to be done professionally.
