We are building CITTA (pronounced Chith-ta) — a premium, structured trauma recovery system.

This is NOT traditional therapy.

We are positioned as:

* A structured recovery program
* A guided system with clear progression
* Designed for real outcomes, not ongoing sessions

What We Need

We are looking for someone who can:

* Understand our positioning and messaging
* Create high-converting ad concepts
* Produce short video ads for social media

This is NOT just video editing.
We need thinking + execution.

Scope

Phase 1:

* Create 2–3 high-quality 30-second ad videos
* Each with a different hook / angle

Phase 2 (if successful):

2–3 minute conversion video
Ongoing ad creatives

Core Message (CRITICAL)

All videos must clearly communicate:

* Many people try therapy but still feel stuck
* The issue is lack of structure and direction
* CITTA is different
* It is a structured recovery system, not just therapy
* It helps people move forward, not stay dependent

What Success Looks Like

We are NOT looking for:

* emotional but unclear storytelling

* clear messaging
* strong hooks
* videos that make people think:

* Not over-animated or cartoonish

Ideal Candidate

* Experience with:

* Direct response marketing

* Strong understanding of:
