Help with Adobe Premiere (and maybe a little video work)

Hello freelancers!
I'm looking for a long-term relationship with a professional video editor.
PLEASE NOTE: I myself am a video editor.... but an amateur one. I use Premiere CC 2022 and have used Premiere for ten years, but I sometimes find myself having trouble making my footage look the best.
MY GOAL for this relationship is to be able to send short clips of my long videos, have you pull them into Premiere, and show me how you'd touch them up with Lumetri Color etc to make them look better.
It is also very possible that we will work together much more than this, by handing off entire projects to you.
