Help editing 360° video to change zoom perspective.

I have 360° video taken from an Insta360 One R.
I need someone to show me how to edit this video, so that the perspective is zoomed out. I can show you some images to explain exactly what I mean. There must be no black borders, newly introduced distortions/artifacts or stitching issues.
The video must remain a fully 360° video after the edit, at the same (or very close to) the resolution of the original file.
I must be able to replicate the edit on a Windows computer. Raw 360° video footage is available for editing.
