Description:
I’m hiring a hands-on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads creative producer with real experience in the dating or adult-dating vertical.
If you have never run ads in this space before, this job is not a fit.
This role is not strategy heavy. It is execution heavy.
You will be responsible for producing and localizing video ad creatives that are used to scale paid traffic campaigns internationally.
What the job actually involves:
Finding suitable video material for ad creatives (from stock, UGC libraries, or other sources)
Showing selected material for approval before production
Producing video ad variations after approval
Adding voice-overs using pre-selected AI voices (I provide the voices per country)
Localizing ads per country (EN, CA, AU, EU regions etc.)
Creating multiple variations once a creative performs (color changes, hooks, text overlays, minor edits, etc.)
Iterating winning ads so they can scale across accounts
You will have access to all tools needed (AI voice, editing tools, assets).
Your job is execution, speed, and volume — not designing brand campaigns.
Important:
This is time-consuming work but technically straightforward. Consistency and reliability matter more than artistic creativity.
Requirements (Mandatory):
Proven experience creating Meta ads in the dating or adult dating vertical
Understanding of Meta ad compliance and how to avoid rejections/bans
Ability to produce multiple variations of the same creative quickly
Comfortable working with AI voiceovers and localization
Fast turnaround and good communication
Preferred (Not required but a big plus):
Experience in casino / iGaming / affiliate offers
Experience working with multiple ad accounts
Familiarity with scaling campaigns through creative iteration
