Global TikTok Recruitment Campaigns
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m looking for a TikTok content creator / UGC specialist to help me produce and publish organic, performance-focused TikTok videos for international recruitment campaigns.
This is NOT a branding project and NOT traditional TikTok Ads management.
The goal is simple: generate real candidate interest (comments, DMs, qualified leads), not just views or likes.
What we are building
We recruit candidates across multiple countries for entry-level and early-career roles. TikTok is our main acquisition channel, but success depends on strong hooks, native-looking content, and the right CTAs, not polished ads.
Your responsibilities
• Research TikTok trends and formats that work for recruitment and relocation offers
• Create short-form vertical videos (9:16) using UGC, stock clips, memes or simple edits
• Write on-screen text, captions and CTAs designed to trigger comments or DMs
• Adapt content across multiple languages (English required; other languages are a plus)
• Publish or prepare multiple variations per concept (testing mindset)
• Iterate fast based on performance signals (retention, comments, saves, DMs)
What you will NOT do
• No logo-heavy or corporate videos
• No long storytelling or cinematic edits
• No focus on “brand awareness”
• No Ads Manager setup (this may come later)
Success metrics
• Comments with language or interest signals
• Direct messages
• Qualified leads generated from TikTok
(Likes and views alone are not considered success.)
Requirements
• Proven experience creating TikTok content that drives action, not just engagement
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing and TikTok-native editing
• Comfortable producing volume and testing fast
• Able to show examples of TikTok content used for recruitment, offers, or lead generation
Project structure
• Initial 2-week paid test
• Clear output expectations (number of videos per week)
• All creatives require approval before publishing
• If results are strong, this can become an ongoing collaboration
If you have real experience making TikTok content that converts viewers into leads or conversations, include examples in your proposal.
