Fun & Energetic Highlight Reel Creation

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to create a highlight reel from the footage and photos I captured on a recent work trip to Queenstown.
We are a recruitment agency and we had 16 of our top billers/high flyers go to Queenstown for 4 days of activities and partying.
Key Requirements:
- The video should be styled as a highlight reel, capturing the best moments from the trip.
- The tone of the video needs to be fun and energetic. It should convey the excitement and enjoyment of the trip.
- The video should incorporate music to enhance the overall feel and pacing.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in video editing software (like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Prior experience in creating highlight reels.
- A good sense of timing and rhythm to match the music and visuals.
