Before we go further, I want to be very clear about what this role is (and isn’t). This is a full-time, live “war room” editing role — meaning we work in real time together on Zoom/Google Meet and Slack, and you’ll be on camera during work hours (camera off only during breaks).
Pay: $8/hour
Hours: 160 hours/month (consistent work for the right person)
The only downsides:
You must work EST hours (which may be night time if you’re in Asia)
You must be on camera during the shift, because we need someone who works directly with us (not async/freelance style)
The plus side:
Fixed, consistent hours every month
Paid lunch + paid breaks included
Good work environment (honestly, from my experience, one of the best)
