Freelance Video Editor for Instagram Reels
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I'm looking for a freelance video editor to edit reels for an Instagram page managed by my company - @AskIITM.
This is a big project wherein we'll work on ~100 reels of 1-2 mins duration in 1 to 2 months. But we'll start with just one reel to gauge you skillset.
The videos mostly have college students looking at the camera and talking about their personal experiences, and/or providing information.
The reels need to be crisply edited with a tidy storytelling flow, clean motion graphics wherever needed and use B-Rolls from our repository of 5+ hours of content, and YouTube content on IIT Madras channels.
Each topic will have an approved template for intro and outro. This template, will either be provided by my team, or you can create one for some extra pay.
Here is how it is supposed to work:
1. You will be given about 3-5 minutes of footage per topic. A file can contain footage that talks about multiple topics. For 3 topics in one file, we expect 3 videos of 1-2 minutes.
2. We expect you to send a trimmed first cut, based on which we'll provide the text copy and additional B-Roll footage if necessary.
3. You will send a final video draft, on which we won't ask for more than 2 iterations, if at all.
We expect you to be proficient in Premiere Pro + After Effects or Final Cut Pro with a good command on storytelling.
