Forest Action VFX Effects

I have a series of raw 4 K clips for a short action scene set deep in the woods. The camera stays in a third-person perspective while actors sprint between trees and dive for cover. I now need the energy of believable bullet impacts, full-frame explosions, and drifting fire-borne smoke integrated seamlessly into those shots.

You’ll receive the original footage (ProRes 24 fps), rough edit references, and a timing sheet that marks where each effect should trigger. I’m aiming for natural interaction with the environment—splinters from tree trunks, dirt bursts from the ground, heat distortion around the blast, and lingering smoke that reacts to the ambient light.

Please composite with whatever toolset suits you best—After Effects with Red Giant or Element 3D, Houdini, Blender, Nuke—so long as the final composites match color, grain, and motion of the source.

Deliverables
• Finished, fully composited shots in 4 K ProRes
• Separate VFX layers/passes for bullets, explosions, and smoke
• All project files so I can make minor timing tweaks later
• One revision round after I review the first render
