I use Wati to send a WhatsApp template that embeds an MP4 clip. The message lands in every inbox, yet the video simply won’t play on Android devices even though it opens fine elsewhere. Everything points to a template-format or encoding mismatch inside the Wati setup.
I need someone who has real-world experience with Wati and the WhatsApp Business API to diagnose the issue, adjust the template or re-encode the file, and prove that the same MP4 plays smoothly on Android phones.
