Fitness exercise demonstration videos
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Hello,
I'm looking for someone to record short video demonstrations for my exercise program. You should have experience with weight training and be able to demonstrate the exercises with perfect form. My program contains 42 exercises in total. Some of them are strength exercises and some of them are stretches/mobility exercises.
l added a word document with a description of every exercise. For some of them, I added a link to YouTube as a reference. If my description has some detail different than the video, I would ask you to stick to my description. And I would also ask you to do the progressions (unless not possible for some stretches) and the easier modifications that I described. I want my clients to perform the exercises barefoot, in socks, or in barefoot/minimalist shoes. And I need the demo videos to also portrait that. I hope this special request is ok for you.
The videos do not to have any narration, subtitles, music, or special effects. But I want them to be clean and look professional.
