I am looking for a well rounded video editor who understands economics and finance to do some finance niche videos with me.
I am an existing channel and I want to upgrade my game.
I am looking to do a video style like the following:

My videos are usually 10 minutes long and I'd like to work with a video editor who will work full time for me.
I plan to create about 2 10 minutes videos per week!
I will be paying a fixed monthly wage for this to continue long term.
