Final Cut Pro Video Editing

I am seeking an experienced plugin designer in Final Cut Pro. The primary task for this project is video editing, with a particular emphasis on masking interface.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficient use of Final Cut Pro software
- Previous experience with video editing and masking
- Deep understanding of masking interface in video editing
Job-specifications:
-I'm looking to make long form videos with a technique like this with 100+ masks in a frame. I'm wondering if someone could make an interface where I can make all the masks just once (considering none of the objects move) and just click on the mask to toggle each of the pieces on/off when I need them to be back on or off the screen. This would replace having 100 layers in a timeline and having to go though it manually. Let me know if you have any questions.
