Final Cut Pro X Video Editing Assistance for Real Estate

Hello. I shoot simple real estate tour videos and want assistance chopping out the unusable portions of the video footage (usually beginning and end of clips), cutting the clips down to the best sections, potentially slowing down or speeding footage to prep the timeline for me to finish off with music, color and company logo.
