Fast-paced Video Editor Needed for Reels & Podcasts

I'm on the lookout for a high-quality video editor who can help edit my 30 reels and 4 podcasts (20-25 minutes each) on a monthly basis. The budget for this project is 4000 inr.

- Editing Style: The reels and podcasts should be edited in a fast-paced style, filled with lots of cuts and effects. The editing needs to captivate viewers and keep the energy high throughout.
- Content: The reels will mainly consist of interviews and discussions. The editor should be able to highlight key moments, transitions and keep the pacing in line with the conversation.
- Platforms: The edited content will be published across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok. The editor should have an understanding of the different requirements and best practices for each platform.

Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proven experience in editing fast-paced content
- Familiarity with editing content for social media platforms
- Ability to edit interviews and discussions in an engaging way
- High-level understanding of video editing software
