FULL-TIME SPANISH Video Editor!

Hey! I'm Ernesto, and I run an e-commerce business in the Mexican market. I'm looking for a full-time video editor to join our team. The main thing we're after is someone with solid video editing skills and great Spanish language abilities.
The job is pretty straightforward: you'll mostly be taking English videos and adapting them for the Spanish-speaking audience. We work a lot with VSLs (Video Sales Letters), so if you’ve got experience with those, that’s a big plus. The key for me is that you’re fluent in Spanish and can communicate well in English too.
Requirements:
1) Proficient in video editing software.
2) Fluent in Spanish, with a strong understanding of LATAM cultural nuances.
3) Experience with AI tools like ElevenLabs for voiceovers.
4) Prior experience with VSLs and social media content is a plus.
5) Must deliver projects on time and communicate effectively in English.
