FRENCH speaking VIDEO EDITOR for improvisation project -- 2

Hello - I am looking for a French speaking video editor to help me edit a French-language film project. The project is a feature-length (80-90 minutes will be the max running time) improvisation film about Syrian migrants in Paris who are homeless. They befriend a Parisian woman and begin embarking on creating graffiti art as a way to express themselves.
The film is not scripted, but there is an outline for each scene of the film.
I am currently using Dropbox to load all of the files (video and audio). The audio is not currently synched to the video yet. I need help doing that.
