Experienced YouTube Video Editor

I are looking for video editor with a knack for dynamic storytelling to enhance my educational content on YouTube (channel : https://www.youtube.com/@kumarankit.27). My videos are roughly under 10 minutes long and recorded with greenscreen, packed with engaging visuals and compelling editing to ensure viewers stay hooked until the end. I need an editor who can creatively use cuts, transitions, and visual effects to maintain a high level of viewer engagement.

Project Scope:

Edit upto 10-minute educational videos, ensuring that the content is highly interactive.
Incorporate various visual techniques such as zooming in/out, text overlays, B-roll footage, and camera rotations to enrich the viewing experience.
Apply color grading and sound engineering to produce a polished final product.
Responsibilities:

Enhance video content by adding dynamic elements every maybe 30 to 45 seconds to keep the audience engaged.
Select and integrate appropriate stock B-roll footage that complements the narrative and adds value to the educational content.
Ensure audio and visual quality meets high production standards.
Work closely with the channel owner to maintain the style and integrity of the content, making sure it aligns with the channel's educational goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing with a strong portfolio, including examples of dynamic and engaging video projects.
Expertise in utilizing visual storytelling techniques to maximize viewer retention.
Proficiency in color grading and sound design.
Ability to work independently on a project basis, delivering high-quality results within stipulated deadlines.
