Facebook Ad Video Editor - Performance-Based Opportunity
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Must have proven Facebook ads creation experience - NO EXCEPTIONS
We're seeking a dedicated video editor with Facebook advertising experience to join our scaling team. This is NOT a typical job - it's a life-changing opportunity for the right person.
Pay Structure:
Base: $25/week
Pay raises: $10/week increase every 2 months
Future equity participation in business sale
Daily Performance Incentives:
Earn 2-10% of daily ad spend (based on your ad hit rate)
$1,000 daily spend = $20-100 daily bonus
$10,000 daily spend = $200-1,000 daily bonus
Top performers earning $5,000+ daily possible
The harder you work and better your ads perform, the more you earn
What We Need:
Proven Facebook ad creation experience (examples required)
Extreme creativity - ability to transform minimal content into high-converting ads
Someone who thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement
Schedule & Expectations:
NIGHT SHIFT: 4pm-10pm Evansville, Indiana time (CST) - core hours
Note: This will likely be night time or early morning hours for you
6-8+ hours daily minimum beyond core shift hours
MUST work Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Weekends are our business launch days - you need to be able to create 10-12 ads in one shift if needed
Our training and build-up will help you be ready and make you better and faster
2 days off permitted (Monday-Thursday)
From hire date until Q4: Intensive training and preparation
I'm not going to bust your ass for clocking in a few minutes late - life happens
Expected to work extra hours to excel - your effort determines your income
