Event On-site Video Editor (1 day, afternoon/evening shift)

Hello, we are looking for an experienced event on-site video editor, for a corporate event that is happening on Wednesday 28th June 2023 at a hotel in central Buenos Aires.

An ‘event summary film’ is created every year for this annual global event that changes location every year, and this year the event is being held in Argentina.

At the end of the event the short (3-4 minute) ‘closing film’ is played out, created from GVs and b-roll that is shot during the event.

The edit is usually done in the late afternoon, evening, and night within a single day. We would expect the editing shift to be from approximately 15:00-01:00, so a little overnight work is anticipated. The edit is approved at about 01:00 (or before), because it includes some footage that comes from an evening element of the event (a gala dinner and party).

References, music, etc will be provided, and no shooting is required - we want a dedicated editor who is able to create a stylish summary/closing film on site, working with our video producer.

We may also need a short VT creating from stage footage that is also being filmed as part of the event, but this depends on when footage is delivered and may be something that is handled directly by the event video producer.
