Event Highlights Video Editing

I need a skilled video editor to prepare a 5-6 minute video from captured footage and photographs from various events and projects done by an NGO. The video will showcase the highlights of the social work done by the NGO in a documentary-style, but also include some lively elements.

Key Requirements:
- Proficient in using video editing software
- Creative with transitions and able to use a variety of creative transitions (e.g., wipes, slides) between clips
- Capable of striking the right balance between documentary-style, highlights and lively elements
- Able to meet deadline for completion
