Enhance & Identify Dark Footage
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
My car has been broken into multiple times over the last year and unfortunately I suspect my ex wife but I would be equally as happy to discover that she played no part in it as that she did but I'm hoping there enough proof to take action in some manner.
The video was taken from a camera inside a key fob so not studio quality. in addition whomever broke In moved it around as they where going about their meddling. I attempted to get anything from a few free trial apps but only had enough patience to confirm that there are at least a few frames that could help identify a specific person and what i am fairly certain or of is that a man and a woman are talking towards the later part of the clip.
The $10 -$ 30 I'm offering would only be to confirm that both the audio and images can be extracted from what I have. I am happy to renegotiate if it makes sense.
