English to Japanese Video Conversion

We're looking for a bi-lingual video editor to assist in converting our English training videos into Japanese. The role will include inputting Japanese script into an AI avatar generator, time syncing the avatar to the original video, and editing background text from English to Japanese. Payment will be on a contractual basis and include a bonus for quality and efficiency.
