Engaging Edit for 20 Min YouTube Video

I'm looking for a video editor who can transform my 20 minute long YouTube video into an engaging and dynamic piece. This video will include a provided voice over, talking head and script, which you'll need to visually interpret.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit the video to create an engaging and dynamic viewing experience
- Incorporate text overlays, stock footage, transitions and effects
- Use creativity to enhance the visual storytelling
- there are two part of the video, one is talking head and the other is voice over only, so you need to add broll, text and graphic at the voice over part
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in video editing software (premiere pro, no capcut user)
- Previous experience with YouTube content
- Ability to interpret a script visually
- Strong understanding of pacing and visual rhythm
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
