Engaging CapCut Template Creator

I'm looking for a registered CapCut template creator to produce a visually engaging 9:16, 1-minute promotional video. This project is the first of 15 I need to make, so I'm looking for someone who can work quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Mobile screen inset within the video
- video clips play inside the mobile scrren...graphics and text outside the mobile screen
- Large text font at the top with one or two words
- Smaller text at the bottom with 8-12 words
- Super engaging with great graphic transitions
- Sharp, bold graphics and smooth transitions
- 6 scenes, fully editable

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CapCut
- Strong graphic design skills
- Experience with video editing and template creation
- Ability to create unique and creative visuals

The template should allow me to:
- Upload different videos for each scene
- Edit text for each scene
- Add voiceovers
- Edit scene duration to sync visuals to script
