Engaging Birthday Reel Compilation

I'm in need of someone adept at conveying a narrative through visual media. This project is about creating a compelling birthday reel that includes:

- Photos
- Videos

The reel will encapsulate the significant events from the past year of my life. Experience with editing and selecting content for emotional impact is a must. Advanced video editing skills and a knack for storytelling are highly desirable. A sensitivity to pacing and music selection would be really helpful in this task. Knowledge of editing software is needed. A good understanding of dynamics within a video reel could really make the difference on this project.

For the music clips they can be shortened. I want the whole video to be short and snappy. Maybe produce a few alternatives, that follows the music. It is a total of 38 pictures/videos so it is a small job
