I'm seeking a talented video editor to help me create a unique engagement proposal using scenes from the classic Beauty and the Beast film.
The project involves:
- Selecting and re-editing segments from the 'Ballroom Dance' and 'Transformation' scenes to form a cohesive and romantic sequence.
- Incorporating custom graphics and/or scenes to enhance the flow and emotional impact if needed.
