2/ Content: I will provide all the necessary content for the 5 lectures, focusing on Climate Strategy, Environmental Strategy, Energy Decarbonization, MENA Sustainability & CSR. Content will be in TEXT file formal for each slide.

4/ Slides: I'm seeking a modern and sleek style for the slides. They should be visually appealing, professional, and in alignment with the video's subject matter.

5/Voiceover: The voiceover needs to be engaging and clear. I envision a combination of both Narration over slides and Narration with the speaker on-screen. To be discussed with the successful bidder.

6/Video Editing: Your responsibilities will also include integrating the voiceover with the slides, adding any necessary animations or graphics, and ensuring the video is polished and professional.

7/Final Deliverable: The final product should be in MP4 format for ease of viewing and sharing.
