Position: Video Editor We are looking for a skilled and motivated short-form video editor with extensive experience in editing whiteboard and doodle videos to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys creating content, and is excited about the opportunity to earn a share of the profits from their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 8 videos per month.
- Collaborate on content creation for faceless YouTube channels in highly scalable niches.
- Meet monthly video production targets to ensure channel growth.
- Release 2 high-quality videos per day per channel.
Compensation Structure:
- $40/month; $5 per video (total $10.00 per week for 2 videos) month 1
- 10% of the profits from all monetized videos you produce.
- Long-term growth opportunities, including the chance to lead your own team of editors.
- Earn an additional cut of the profits from your team members’ work as you progress.
