Educational Video Editing Expert Needed

I'm on the hunt for a talented video editor to bring a series of documentary videos related to different states of India. I’ll provide voiceovers , on which you have to make videos. While it is unclear what level of editing will be needed, the final output should look clean, engaging, and be less than 5 minutes in length.
Key Requirements:
- Ability to do both basic and advanced editing; there may be need for text, transitions, Video clips footage, special effects, etc.
- Experience creating educational material, specifically proactive in enhancing learning through visual content.
