Editors for TikTok

I am looking for someone to help with editing videos for a TikTok account. The videos will usually be 1-3 minutes in length and will have a specific style/theme which I have already established. I need an editor who is experienced in video editing, text editing, and audio editing. This editor should be able to bring the videos that I create to life with their artistic aptitude and be able to stay inside the design guidelines that I have set out for the account.
