Editor Wanted for Short Film
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hello.
We are looking for an Editor for an Australian short film project. The film should run for only 5-7 minutes, and is a dark thriller about a serial killer.
- Full named credit as Editor of the film provided in film's credits, publicity materials and IMDb listing.
- Filming has already been completed with footage and sound uploaded to Dropbox (ready to go).
- Footage is 4K (3840 × 2160) and finished film needs to be delivered in this format.
- Script and Sound Report will also be provided, along with text for credits and production company logo.
- Clear guidelines for opening and closing credits to be provided. Very straightforward.
- Please note, there is some nudity in the film and you must be comfortable with this.
- There needs to be TWO finished files, both exactly the same film (but one without the nudity).
- Please allow for markups and revisions through the editing process.
- Film will be submitted to Australian and international film festivals.
Once the film has been edited/assembled, we will then score the film. A brief pause will be needed while the score is completed. We will then provide the score to be added to the finished film.
