About Us
AVAYL is a Berlin-based SaaS startup focused on driving workflow innovation in the field of Medical Information (MI). Our product, MedPro, is used by pharmaceutical companies to streamline the compliant and efficient handling of medical inquiries.
Project Overview
We are producing a short-form video series (3–5 minutes per video) aimed at educating and engaging professionals in the Medical Information space — including specialists, industry stakeholders in the field, and new employees. Each episode features a team member (a Medical Information Specialist) or guest speaker delivering insights to the camera, supported by simple on-screen visuals.
We plan to publish these videos on our [YouTube channel](https://www.youtube.com/@avayltech) and embed them on our [website](https://www.avayl.tech/).
We are looking for a freelance video editor to support us on an ongoing basis, starting with a pilot batch of 2 videos.
Editing Needs
- Light, professional editing of talking-head webcam footage (.mov files)
- Audio cleanup for clarity and volume consistency
- Create branded intro/outro animations using our corporate design (visual + audio) – We do not currently have a jingle and we are open to your suggestions for stock or royalty-free music
- Alternating between speaker and simple visual slides or on-screen graphics (We will provide PowerPoint slides with core content and time-stamped guidance – but the slides will need to be styled and adapted to match the video aesthetic)
- Add lower thirds (speaker name, title)
- Ensuring overall consistency in look and feel across episodes
Style & Tone
- Clean, modern, minimal
- Professional but playful and conversational in tone — engaging without being overproduced
- Consistent use of AVAYL branding, fonts, and color palette (we will provide guidelines)

Deliverables for Pilot
- Two fully edited short videos (3–5 minutes each)
- Intro/outro animations that can be reused across future videos
- Final files exported in web-optimized format (YouTube-ready)
Timeline & File Delivery
- Typical turnaround time: less than 1 week per video
- We will provide:
- Talking-head video recordings (webcam, .mov format)
- Corporate design files and brand guidelines
- Time-stamped notes for visual content insertion
- All final assets (including intro/outro and any custom visuals) must be fully licensed or royalty-free and will be owned by AVAYL for unrestricted future use
Future Collaboration
If the pilot goes well, we are looking to collaborate on an ongoing basis – with roughly 2 videos per week as a starting point,.
