Editing 120 webinars

We are looking for somebody to take care of the following process for ca 120 video recordings of webinars (mp4 format):
1. Add two static images as cover slide, each showing for 3s. 1 image is the same for each recording, the second image is specific to the recording (i.e includes the title and author). Images provided
2. Export edited file to create one mp4 file
3. Upload to Vimeo
it is expected that you have your own video editing software.
