Editing video and picture

I am looking for an experienced editor to help me with my project. I need someone who can do both photo and video editing. In addition to this, I also need them to add captions or subtitles to the video. The final edited video will be less than 1 minute long. The successful candidate should have a good eye for detail, be creative and have excellent knowledge of video and photo editing techniques.
