Editing video completo in italiano per canale cashcow yt educazione finanziaria

I'm looking to have a video edited for my YouTube channel, CashCow. This video will be part of an educational series about financial literacy and will need to be completed in Italian. I do not have the raw footage and would like the freelancer to provide it. The desired duration of the final video should be under 10 minutes and I am looking for a dynamic editing style with lots of cuts and transitions.
