Editing for a guzheng instrument music video to sync up the audio and visual video.

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to help me edit a guzheng instrument music video. The video has a length of 8 minutes and both audio and visual video files are ready. My goal is to ensure that the audio and video are synchronized properly. Some parts of the video do not match exactly with the audio, and I need editing help to make sure that they are perfectly synced up. I would like color correction on my video. The freelancer should have a solid understanding of audiovisual editing software such as Adobe Premiere and knowledge of how to use special effects to enhance a video.
