Edit videos for social platforms

Hello,
I'm creating a chess platform with instructional videos. They combine people who explain positions and show moves on prepared screenshots/screen recordings.
Also some instructional videos with A-roll with the instructor talking and B-rolls with some subjects (like people mentioned, or something like that).
Videos should be exported in square format (for Instagram) and 16:9 for YT/FB.
The ideal candidate should have video editing and some basic chess understanding, not required but it is helpful.
It is a project that should last long, producing 10+ videos per week.
