Edit videos for YouTube

I am looking for a freelancer who would edit motorsport, Formula1, supercars related videos for YouTube. I will provide all the raw video content. The freelancer needs to edit it, make it look presentable, make a thumbnail, add some peppy music, and funny memes. Each video will be approximately 8-15 minutes long depending on the content.
