Edit videos

Hi! I'm looking for someone to help edit my personal videos into 5-15 minute clips with special effects and transitions. I will need both vertical and horizontal editing. My goal is to modernize and enhance the quality of my videos, so that I can share them with family and friends, or use them in a business setting.
